A Bit About The JozzBeat Interactive Biz

Established in 2010, JozzBeat Interactive Pty. Ltd. has sprung out of the successful JozzBeat Music Publishing company. As we move into the educational digital world, its easier for us to keep the two styles of business separate. JozzBeat will continue to oversee the 'Jellybeans Music In-Schools' Program and our print music resources. JozzBeat Interactive will now oversee all of the digital resources - such as Jellybeans #3, the Ramp Up Lesson Plans, digital delivery of sheet music and much more!

Fundamentally it's the same team behind both, however we have a new Director for Interactive. Let's meet him....

Anthony Howe

Based in Sydney,  Australia, and one of Australia’s finest young custodians of the ‘classic’ jazz style, Anthony has been playing jazz drums for over 15 years.

Nurturing his acute passion for New Orleans beats, classic swing, and plain ol’ groovy music, Anthony’s heartful antics at the drumkit are fondly regarded around Australian, international jazz and popular music circles. A performer from an early age, Anthony grew up in a musical family, with parents who were dancers and jazz-lovers. He studied classical piano, violin and pipe band drumming during his younger musical years.

Now, a highly accomplished audio engineer specialising in acoustic, classic jazz recording and production, Anthony has worked on many recording and production projects during his time in the music industry. Anthony studied a Bachelor of Education (Primary Teaching) before founding three successful businesses in the educational multimedia and mobile phone technology industries.

Anthony is an engaging presenter and proven business leader with inspiring commercial, technical and business development expertise.

House Keeping Supervisor (Canada) to 13 years in Management in the Teleco Industry to glory in Graphic Design, Accounts and Administration for JozzBeat - who could ask for anything more? (well maybe some more time Snow Boarding would be good)!

Andrew Robertson

Ex-Con (NSW Conservatorium!) Andrew has followed a career as a professional muso, composer/arranger, publisher and educator. He’s performed with artists such as Michael Buble, James Morrison, Tom Burlinson, Hugh Jackman, Jerry Lewis and major Broadway shows. He has also recorded

many well known jingles for television. (Next time you see the Mortein Flys being sprayed, it's Andrew's clarinet accompanying!)

Andrew is well known through his involvement with JozzBeat Music Publishing - the Primary Music Resources, Print Music and “Jellybeans

In-Schools Music Program” company. Andrew is in strong demand as an Arranger, writing for Australian Idol, Eurovision Song Contest, television ads and “Battle Of The Choirs” on Australian TV. He was Director of the NSW Dept. of Education Performing Arts Unit Jazz Orchestra and Jazz Ensemble 1997-2006 and conducts workshops and lectures throughout Australia and abroad in Primary Music teaching and Improvisation and Arranging.
